Services / Accessibility monitoring

Accessibility that lasts.

Periodic accessibility checks within an agreed scope: scheduled scans, expert reviews and reports showing what has changed since the last check.

What monitoring is

Periodic checks, not constant surveillance.

Monitoring means scheduled checks of selected pages and processes at an agreed rhythm. We do not watch every change on every page in real time — and we say so openly.

  • What it is

    • Scheduled scans of selected pages and processes
    • Periodic expert reviews — if included in the plan
    • Comparison of results with a baseline
    • A periodic report with the most important changes
    • Notifications about regressions and failed scans
  • What it is not

    • Constant surveillance of every change on your site
    • A full WCAG conformance audit
    • Automatic fixing of errors on your server
    • A “100% WCAG” badge generated by a scanner
    • Scanning domains outside the agreed scope

What we check

We agree the scope of checks together.

Everything we monitor is recorded in the plan: addresses, exclusions, test accounts and limits.

  • Selected pages

A list of addresses and representative views recorded in the monitoring plan.

  • Key processes

Sign-in, forms and basket — also with a test account shared securely.

  • Automatically detectable errors

Contrast, text alternatives, structure and ARIA attributes, with duplicates merged.

  • Expert review

Periodic manual verification of selected journeys, if part of the plan.

  • Changes since the last check

New, resolved and recurring problems compared with the baseline.

  • Scope boundaries

We respect exclusions, robots rules and request limits; we never scan domains outside the contract.

Frequency

A rhythm that matches the pace of change.

You choose how often checks run in your plan. An expert review can be added to any rhythm.

  • Weekly

For services that often publish new features or content.

  • Monthly

For services with a calm pace of change and fewer releases.

Periodic report

A report that tells you what has changed.

After each period you get a summary: which pages we checked, when the last successful scan ran, which regressions appeared and what remains open.

  • Active pages and the date of the last successful scan

  • New, resolved and recurring problems

  • The most important regressions with severity

  • A calendar of upcoming checks

Honest data

No result is not zero errors.

If a scan does not finish — because of a timeout, blocked access or an outage — we will never show the page as error-free.

  • Completed

The check covered every scheduled page. We compare results with the baseline.

  • Partial

Some pages were not checked. The report shows which ones and why.

  • No reading

We could not retrieve results. We do not count this as 0 errors — we repeat the check.

Alerts

We'll let you know when something changes.

  • Regression

A previously resolved problem has come back after a release.

  • New serious barrier

A high-severity barrier was found in a monitored process.

  • Scan failure

A check could not finish, e.g. after a change to sign-in.

  • Service period ending

A reminder before your subscription ends, so checks continue uninterrupted.

Subscription

Monitoring plans.

We match the plan to the number of pages, the rhythm of checks and the need for expert reviews. The options below are examples.

  • Basic

For smaller services after an audit

  • Extended

    For services with frequent releases

  • Custom

    For multiple services and apps

FAQ / Monitoring

Questions about monitoring.

  • No. Monitoring checks selected pages and processes at a set rhythm, mainly with automated tools and — if the plan includes it — periodic expert reviews. A full assessment comes from an audit.

Keep the results of your audit.
